 Julia Bouwsma recently received
her M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Goddard College. She lives in the
mountains of western Maine with her partner, Walker Fleming, and her
English Mastiff, Mishka. Her time is spent writing, teaching poetry to
children, gardening, and killing chickens on the family farm. She has
poems forthcoming in a number of journals.
