Erik Johnke is a playwright, writer, and teacher living in the New York City area. His plays have been seen at manhattantheatresource in NYC, the Rockland Center for the Arts, the New Hope Performing Arts Festival, and the Heartland Theatre Festival. His plays and poems have been published in Pitkin Review, American Writing, The River, and The Poet’s Attic Quarterly. He was director of the theatre program at Solebury School in New Hope, Pennsylvania, for seven years and holds an M.F.A. in Creative Writing from Goddard College.
